Copilot Credits Dashboard - Force Auth0 session cookie refresh

When to use?

Use when a user needs to reauthenticate their access to Check My Copilot AI Credits Usage.

This may be as a result of changes in user permissions or changes to the application.

Step 1: Click on View Site Information i.e. just to the left of the browser address bar

Step 2: Click on Cookies and site data

Step 3: Click on Manage on-device site data

Step 4: Click on the bin icon next to moj-copilot-ai-credits-dashboard-prod.cloud-platform.service.justice.gov.uk to delete the cookie

Step 5: Click Done and then refresh you page to reauthenticate and access the dashboard
